The Kenai Pottery Guild is holding their annual Mothers Day Pottery Sale Saturday starting at 10 a.m. at the Kenai Fine Arts Center Pottery Studio, 816 Cook Avenue, Old Town Kenai, across from the Oilers Bingo Hall. Coinciding with the Mothers Day Pottery Sale is the Peninsula Art Guild buy-one, get-one 10 percent off (second item of equal or lesser cost), 10-5 p.m., also at the Kenai Fine Arts Center.

The Peninsula Art Guild is issuing a call for quilt artists to submit one expressive, distinctive, totally original quilted wall hanging, 8-square-feet or less, to the June 2013 third annual Art Quilt Exhibit featured in Gallery Too of the Kenai Fine Arts Center. Submission deadline is 5 p.m., June 1 to the Kenai Fine Arts Center, 816 Cook Avenue, Old Town Kenai, across from the Oilers Bingo Hall. Art Center business hours are 12-5 p.m., Wednesday-Saturday.
