4 ounces Harry & David Smoked Salmon, coarsely flaked
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Harry & David Seafood Spice Rub
Fresh dill for garnish, optional
Crackers, crostini or toasted baguette rounds for serving
Mix 1 tablespoon seafood spice rub with softened cream cheese and salmon until well blended. Cover and chill for one hour. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired. Serve with crackers, crostini or toasted baguette rounds.
