SPANISH CHICKEN ROLL UPS
8 skinned, boned, chicken breast halves.
Pound to about 1/4 inch. Set aside.
1 7 oz can diced green chilies
4 (about) oz Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 8 strips
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
