The demise of the only reproducing female of the Grant Creek Pack was a horrific but fitting tribute to the Board of Game that signed her death warrant. Had the Denali Buffer Zone remained in place, this travesty would not have happened.

Lead doesn't belong in environment

Lead is a nerve poison. Ingestion can cause permanent nerve damage and even death. Thus drinking water is no longer conveyed in lead piping.

Board of Game not working for Alaskans

Once upon a time the Board of Game worked for Alaskans.

Constitutionally it should represent all Alaskans but its decisions and composition represent mainly the Outside trophy hunter. Areas theoretically in an emergency situation and covered by Intensive Management still see nonresidents allowed to hunt a restricted game population.
