Many contribute to pavilions at Daubenspeck Park

The Kenai Rotary Club has recently completed construction of two pavilions at Daubenspeck Park off Marathon Road in Kenai. This project was the result of many Rotary members, volunteers and local businesses. A huge thank you is offered to Best Transit Mix, Spenard Builders Supply, Morgan Steel and Metal Magic for helping make this community project a success. I would encourage everyone to visit the park and enjoy the setting!

Wildlife art show is world class

On June 1, the "Alaska 2012: A Celebration of Wildlife Art" exhibit opened at the Kenai Visitors and Cultural Center. This summer long exhibit is one of the biggest displays of wildlife art ever held, and it is right here in our City of Kenai. The exhibit features some of the most sought after and top-notch artists in the wildlife art world, and it truly breathtaking.
