I believe that the assembly has already passed a resolution in early 2011 supporting the expansion of another private medical clinic in Kenai who already competes with Central Peninsula Hospital so why would they introduce a resolution that opposes a private entity that will lower the costs of outpatient surgeries to their constituents?
