The Cook Inlet Academy boys executed a strong second half to overthrow Nanwalek 78-33 on Thursday night at CIA in Peninsula Conference play.
“We got off to a slow start, we were standing a little on defense, and thinking the game would come to us,” CIA head coach Justin Franchino said. “We got after it in the second half, we picked up our defense, and eventually the defense turned into offense.”
David Reischach put up some big numbers for CIA, with 28 points in the game, with 25 of those points coming in the first and third quarters.
