This is sort of like “Soldotna vs. Kenai” in my opinion. Which is worse? The “backyard chickens” ongoing discussion in Kenai, or the major potholes in Soldotna’s city streets? I definitely would not want up to a dozen chickens in my neighbors yards! What would be next? Little pigs that grow up and turn into hogs, or calves that turn into full grown cattle, or maybe a pony that matures into a full blooded horse? I think not. If a person actually wants “farm animals” in their back yard, why don’t they buy property in the country and not within city limits?
