Early Tuesday, a woman from Unalakleet died after attempting to elude a trooper on the Seward Highway.
According to Alaska State Troopers, at 8:44 p.m. Monday, Soldotna Dispatch was notified of a motor vehicle collision involving a fatality at Mile 72.5 of the Sterling Highway, about three miles east of the west end of Skilak Lake Loop Road.
