Splash into safety with Safe Kids Kenai Peninsula water safety event
A Safe Kids Kenai Peninsula water safety event is planned for May 5 from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-2 p.m. at Skyview High School. Participants can arrive any time during the event hours. It will take approximately 1 1/2-2 hrs to rotate through all the safety stations. This event is free and for children 4-14. Parents must attend with children (but do not have to get in the water); bring swimsuits and towels for kids. Upon completing the stations you will be able to purchase a proper fitting child's Mustang personal flotation device for $15, while supplies last.
