■ QuickBooks 2011 ($300) — Two full-day classes from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Jan. 24-25. QuickBooks 2011 is a tool to collect and organize your data so you’re prepared for tax time. Beginning course covers finding your away around QuickBooks; set-up and creation of a compnay in QuickBooks; working with lists and bank accounts; and using other accounts. Intermediate course covers tracking sales; accounts receivable; accounts payable and reporting capabilities. Inventory and payroll are seperate classes and not included. Deadline to register is Jan. 18.
