Linnea Ann Sudduth and Walter Conda Ward are engaged to be married on May 25, 2013 at Greeley Wesleyan Church in Greeley, Colo.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ken and Janice Sudduth of Eaton, Colo. She received a B.A. in Communication Studies and B.A. in Christian Thought from Grove City College, and an M.A. in Communication Studies from Colorado State University. She is a Ph.D. Student in Public Communication and Technology at Colorado State University.

The future groom is the son of Walter and Colleen Ward of Kenai. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from George Fox University and an M.B.A. from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a Facilities Engineer at Marathon Oil Company.

Carl Olson and Hazel Schofield will be united in marriage on May 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Log Cabin Inn in Kenai, in a private family ceremony. A reception will follow at 2 p.m. at the Sterling Baptist Church, at the corner of the Sterling Highway and Swanson River Road, for all who would like to attend. The couple is requesting no gifts.
