Woods celebrate 50 years

Don and Loma Wood of Soldotna celebrated 50 years of true love on July 20, 2013.

The couple were married in Napa, Calif., and moved to Alaska in 1976. They have two children, Darlene and Michael, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren with one on the way.

Their family writes, “We love you Mom and Dad. Thank you for being such an inspiration.”
