Shane Blumentritt and Shaylee Brenton

Shaylee Brenton and Shane Blumentritt were married in an afternoon ceremony on Aug. 18, 2013 at the Blumenritt residence. The ceremony was preformed by the groom’s grandfather, Donald Essex.

The bride is the daughter of Deborah Self and Anthony Brenton. She wore a long, ivory, strapless, lace, beading down back of train and carried a rustic bouquet of peonies, blue delphinium, daisies, mini sun flowers, button chrysanthemums, and pink wax flowers. Jennifer Zufelt was her maid of honor. Genevieve Gallagher, Molly Silta and Shelby Rogde served as bridesmaids. Addisyn Zufelt was the flower girl.

The groom is the son of Brent and Tammi Blumentritt. He wore black Carhartts, cowboy boots, white button up shirt and a purple vest. Bailey Blumentritt was his best man. Groomsmen were Skyler May, Grant Valiquette and Tanner Brooks. Jack Stout was the ring bearer.

The couple’s wedding cake was raspberry vanilla with cream cheese frosting topped with a peony and daisies, along with vanilla buttercream cupcakes with lavender frosting, all made by the bride’s mother.
