Weddings

On April 5, 2015 at 7:42 a.m. Easter morning, Jacob Sanders of Boise, Idaho and Kelsie Remsen of Kenai were married in Homer at the Kenai Peninsula Suites overlooking Kachemak Bay.

The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Kimb Remsen of Kenai. The bride currently works at Ferguson Plumbing and Heating in Soldotna and has a small graphic and interior design business.

The groom is the son of Barbara and Fred Sanders of Nikiski. He is a graduate of Boise State University and currently a Physical Education teacher, and a football coach in Boise.

Colonel Roy Stucky, USAF, served as the officiant; June Stucky served as the witness and photographer. The bride wore a three-quarter sleeve lace dress and carried a handmade hydrangea bouquet.

The couple will hold a reception this summer for family and friends to come celebrate their union. The couple will reside in Boise, Idaho.
