Adam and Kerry Kunkel of Nikiski announce the birth of their daughter, Adley Elaine Kunkel, at 8:53 a.m. on Sept. 28, 2012. She weighed 7 pounds, 9.3 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches. She joins sibling Regan Mae.

The Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse property in Kenai has been sold. Lowe's representative Natalie Turner confirmed that JL Properties recently purchased the property located between Marathon Road and Airport Way.
