Bryan and Lacy Ledahl of Kenai announce the birth of their son, Ottar Noble Ledahl, at 8:07 a.m. on Feb. 20, 2015 at home surrounded with the assistance of Heritage Birth Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 22 inches.

When I was laid up recently, all the infections, medicines and bad mojo led to something called thrush in my mouth, which amounted to fungal sores that made even bland hospital food taste too spicy to eat.

My mother prescribed aspirin for whatever ailed her children The pills, capsules, powders, liquids, injections, infusions and scans I was administered at the hospital recently were nothing compared with the doctoring I got as a child from my mother.
