Wednesday study, fellowship and worship offered
Saint Luke Lutheran Church’s Wednesday 10:30 a.m. fellowship/study is currently focusing on Martin Luther’s Large Catechism at 48095 Andrews Ave for approximately one hour. The church’s Wednesday evening activities take place at the Parish Hall and consist of a Vespers Service at 5:30 p.m., followed by a potluck fellowship at 6 p.m., and a detailed exegetical study starting at 7 p.m. and currently focusing on Genesis. Clothes Quarters open weekly
Clothes Quarters at Our Lady of the Angels Church is open every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the first Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 283-4555 for more info.

Soldotna Day Aglow meetings scheduled
Soldotna Day Aglow will meet every Wednesday at Peninsula Christian Center located in Soldotna. There will be coffee and fellowship at 9:30 a.m., followed by 10 a.m. worship, teaching and prayer. There will be babysitting provided if needed. For more information contact Judy Risung 283-3534.

Baptist church hosts club for kids
Calvary Baptist Church invites community kids to participate in our Awana Kids Club. Children from age 3 through 6th grade are welcome to join us on Sunday evenings at Kenai Middle School for games, songs, lessons and bible memory verses. Kenai church offers support groups
Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Kenai Church of God. Visit www.kenaicog.com or call 283-4009 for details. Alateen Recovery group: This is a support group for teens of parents/guardians with addiction problems. The group meets at the same time/location as the Celebrate Recovery group. “Bible Basics for women” meets every Monday at 10 a.m. at Kenai Church of God.

Welcome spring carnival on tap
Peninsula Grace Brethren Church will host the Children’s Welcome Spring! carnival on April 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. It is a free family event offering crafts, games, prizes, refreshments, and a puppet show at 7:45 p.m. located at the church, mile 19.5 K-Beach Road. Journey to the Cross: An Interactive Family Experience
Do your kids think Easter is all about chocolate bunnies and ham dinners? Do they get more excited about cartoon reruns than the Easter story? Then make a change in their Easter this year! Bring your children to Journey to the Cross, where you can  use your senses to discover more than ever about the true story of Easter and the depth of Jesus’ love for us.

Accompany your kids ages 3 through 6th grade to Grace Lutheran Church and School on March 31 from 10 a.m. to noon for a sensory learning event that covers the last days of Jesus’ life on earth. Meet witnesses from the Bible; taste, touch, feel, and be a part of the Passion story; take a walking Journey with your Passport in hand and be transported back to the time of Christ. Come, celebrate the resurrection in a whole new experience!

Christian Center hosts guests
Kalifornsky Christian Center will be hosting world travelled evangelists the next two weekends. Rusty Russell of Miracle Life Ministries in Gainesville, Florida will be speaking on Saturday night, March 17 at 7 p.m. and will also be the guest speaker for the Sunday morning service, March 18 at 10:30 a.m. Rusty has a prophetic healing ministry which takes him to Asia and other locations around the world.

Todd Bentley of Fresh Fire Ministries in Pineville, North Carolina will be the guest speaker at meetings on March 23, 24, and 25 at 7 p.m. and on Sunday morning, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. Todd is a healing evangelist mightily used by God in meetings around the world, most recently in the UK and Canada, As a teenager, Todd, an alcoholic and drug addict, had a dramatic life-changing encounter with the saving, delivering power of God. Today, Todd and his Fresh Fire team travel the world to see people set free and launched into a saving relationship with Jesus. For more information on these meetings call 283-9452.

Church hosts movie screening
