Christian Center hosts speaker
Kalifornsky Christian Center will host Todd Bentley of Fresh Fire Ministries in Pineville, North Carolina will be the guest speaker at meetings on March 23, 24, and 25 at 7 p.m. and on Sunday morning, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. Todd is a healing evangelist mightily used by God in meetings around the world, most recently in the UK and Canada, As a teenager, Todd, an alcoholic and drug addict, had a dramatic life-changing encounter with the saving, delivering power of God. Today, Todd and his Fresh Fire team travel the world to see people set free and launched into a saving relationship with Jesus.

'Christ in the Passover' presented at Soldotna Bible Chapel
What do the Jewish Passover and Jesus' last supper have in common? David Garrett, with Jews for Jesus, will answer that question as he presents "Christ in the Passover." You'll gain wonderful insights on how the pieces of God's plan of salvation fit together, and you'll remember this visual display of the Passover pageantry for years to come.

Soldotna Day Aglow meetings scheduled
Soldotna Day Aglow will meet every Wednesday at Peninsula Christian Center located in Soldotna. There will be coffee and fellowship at 9:30 a.m., followed by 10 a.m. worship, teaching and prayer. There will be babysitting provided if needed. For more information contact Judy Risung 283-3534.

Baptist church hosts club for kids
Calvary Baptist Church invites community kids to participate in our Awana Kids Club. Children from age 3 through 6th grade are welcome to join us on Sunday evenings at Kenai Middle School for games, songs, lessons and bible memory verses. Visit for more details, or call CBC at 283-4781.

Kenai church offers support groups
Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Kenai Church of God. Visit or call 283-4009 for details. Alateen Recovery group: This is a support group for teens of parents/guardians with addiction problems. The group meets at the same time/location as the Celebrate Recovery group. "Bible Basics for women" meets every Monday at 10 a.m. at Kenai Church of God.

Welcome spring carnival on tap
Peninsula Grace Brethren Church will host the Children's Welcome Spring! carnival on April 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. It is a free family event offering crafts, games, prizes, refreshments, and a puppet show at 7:45 p.m. located at the church, mile 19.5 K-Beach Road.
