The Apostolic Assembly of Jesus Christ is celebrating Jesus' Resurrection beginning with its annual three-day purification fast to be broken with communion at the 7 a.m. "Sonrise" service on Sunday.
The Sunday School is planning a morning of special activities, including a play, "Think About His Love", performed by the 7th and 8th and high school classes for children ages 3 through high school, and ending with its annual treasure hunt. In addition, all children will receive treats and participate in other festivities with their respective classes.
An evening worship service begins at 5:30 p.m. and will include the AAJC Choir's inspiring cantata, "His Last Days," along with other special music and songs.

Kasilof Community Church moves services
Due to a Feb. 17 fire, Kasilof Community Church is meeting at Tustumena Elementary School. Sunday church services are at 11 a.m. First- through sixth-grade Kid's Program meets Wednesdays at 4 p.m. Junior High and High School Program meets Wednesday's at 6 p.m.
Prayer Meeting is Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the church in the office building.
Church of God plans Spring Camp Easter play
The Soldotna Church of God will have a Spring Camp Easter play April 6 and 7 at 7 p.m., and April 8 at 4 p.m. Admission is free and a nursery is available. For more information, call 262-4729.

Soldotna Day Aglow meetings scheduled
Soldotna Day Aglow will meet every Wednesday at Peninsula Christian Center located in Soldotna. There will be coffee and fellowship at 9:30 a.m., followed by 10 a.m. worship, teaching and prayer.

Wednesday study, fellowship worship offered
Saint Luke Lutheran Church's Wednesday 10:30 a.m. fellowship/study is currently focusing on Martin Luther's Large Catechism at 48095 Andrews Ave for approximately one hour.
The church's Wednesday evening activities take place at the Parish Hall and consist of a Vespers Service at 5:30 p.m., followed by a potluck fellowship at 6 p.m., and a detailed exegetical study starting at 7 p.m. and currently focusing on Genesis.
