Tent revival time at Friendship Mission
Glenn Holderread, an evangelist from Oklahoma, will be at the Friendship Mission for an old fashioned tent revival beginning Monday and continuing each evening through Thursday. There will be a free soup supper at 6:30 p.m. each evening, followed by music and preaching at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come to the big tent at the Friendship Mission at 14639 Kenai Spur Highway. Kalifonsky Christian hosts Father's Heart Conference
The Kalifonsky Christian Center on Kalifornsky Beach Road is hosting the Father's Heart Conference from Sunday through June 17, with guest speakers including Peter Jackson, Duncan Filmer, Mark Drake and Judith Green. Services are daily, with morning services at 10:30 a.m. and evening services at 7 p.m. (no morning services on Monday and June 16; no evening service on June 17). Youth group plans garage sale
Star of the North Lutheran Church's Youth Group is holding its third annual garage sale Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 216 North Forest Drive next to Fireweed Herb Garden. Christian band coming to Grace Lutheran

Kenai church offers support groups
Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Kenai Church of God. Visit or call 283-4009 for details. Alateen Recovery group: This is a support group for teens of parents/guardians with addiction problems.

The group meets at the same time/location as the Celebrate Recovery group. "Bible Basics for women" meets every Monday at 10 a.m. at Kenai Church of God.

Wednesday study, fellowship worship offered
Saint Luke Lutheran Church's Wednesday 10:30 a.m. fellowship/study is currently focusing on Martin Luther's Large Catechism at 48095 Andrews Ave for one hour.

The church's Wednesday evening activities take place at the Parish Hall at 5:30 p.m., followed by a potluck fellowship at 6 p.m., and an exegetical study starting at 7 p.m.
