Cook Inlet Academy Valedictorians

Kelsey Brush

Kelsey Brush, daughter of Greg and Sherri Brush, has attended Cook Inlet Academy since preschool. Kelsey says she has learned valuable lessons about relationships, responsibility, and perseverance during her time at CIA.  She has played sports, served on student council, and been an active member of National Honor Society. Kelsey will be attending Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota to pursue a degree in Biology. Following that, she plans to further her education by studying either Dentistry or Kinesiology. Kelsey is very excited to start the next great adventure she knows God has in store for her!

Michael Horton

Michael Horton, son of Greg and Becky Horton, has attended Cook Inlet Academy since preschool. Michael says the genuineness of the staff has impacted him the most during his years at CIA. Michael has played sports, served as student body president, and been an active member of National Honor Society. Michael will be attending University of Alaska Anchorage Honors College to pursue degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science. He also plans to join the ROTC program. Michael looks at the years ahead with much enthusiasm, knowing God has a great plan for his life!
