Wesley Hill and Ann Margret (Galloway) Hill were married in an afternoon ceremony on April 29, 2011 at the Kenai Courthouse. Katie Summers, marriage commissioner, officiated.
Ann and Wes are both retired adults starting a new life together and looking forward to the changes and joys of marriage.
Ann was born and grew up in Sussex, South East England and has worked and lived in many countries in the U.K., U.S., Sweden and Europe. Most recently Ann has been working as an Equestrian teacher and trainer in Southern India. She is currently working toward U.S. residency and is enjoying Alaska.
Wes has lived in Alaska 31 years and worked in many villages about the state. He is a retired Special Ed Teacher, School Psychologist, and Social Services Manager BBNA.
Wes has been building and enjoying a self paced life in the Kenai Peninsula.
Honored guests at the ceremony included Brandy and Steve Washburn of Kenai.
The couple honeymooned with a whale watching cruise and tour of the Seward area. They reside in Clam Gulch.
