PJ’s popular family restaurant located in the former Sourdough Sal’s iconic location in Soldotna is now offering a variety of delicious gluten free Danish, cookies, cinnamon rolls, bear claws, muffins, cream pies and brownies daily, they even carry a line of Gluten Free Mixes. Other gluten free items are available by special order and coming soon PJ’s will be featuring a totally gluten free bakery/ deli on site but separate from the restaurant and Green Bay Packer room.
“We are also working on our 2000sq ft. Banquet room which will be ready for use this coming holiday season,” said super Packer fan and owner Roger and Linda Petrey. “Join us every Sunday in our Packer room to cheer on the Green Bay Packers or whoever is playing the Minnesota Vikings,” said Roger, “Our kids Patrick and Jessica who we named the restaurant after live in Seattle so Seahawk fans are welcome anytime,” said Linda.
Along with their traditional American style menu PJ’s offers espresso coffee to accompany their wide variety of gluten free breads and buns that include white, rye, quinoa, buckwheat and brioche.
“We have a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and we serve breakfast all day every day not to mention our most popular biscuits and gravy.”
