Jack White Real Estate opens at the “Y” in Soldotna

Prior to Alaska becoming the 49th State in the Union there was a Jack White Real Estate. In 1953 Jack White and his wife Willie started the Jack White Real Estate according to present owner Naomi Louvier. The company currently has six locations with headquarters in Anchorage and offices in Eagle River, Mat-Su, Girdwood, Kenai and Soldotna. To accommodate their fastest growing office in Soldotna, Jack White Real Estate recently bought the mall at the “Y” in Soldotna and did a complete makeover of the facility. At their grand re-opening March 4th over 150 friends and well-wishers stopped by to tour the new Jack White offices and were impressed with the re-model. In an interview with the Dispatch Louvier said, “We believe this is the best location on the Kenai Peninsula. It’s right at the “Y” so you can’t miss it and we were fortunate to have a group of the best professional agents in the area want to join our company, so with the time for buying and selling getting better every year in light of the proposed LNG project and new discoveries in the Cook Inlet making things very busy we needed a new home and now we are all very happy to be here,” she said.

The reconstruction of the mall was done by Batir construction, “We chose a local builder who is actually the brother of one of our associates and it worked out very well. The design is about synergy and flow. When we are putting deals together it has to feel good so the colors and flow of the office is very important to us,” added Louvier. Jack White Associate Broker at the new Soldotna office is Stacie Krause and she also is delighted with the renovations, “We are a happy family here and are attracting new people all the time and are very excited about being part of the community and growing this office. Jack White has been the premier real estate company for over 60 years in Alaska and we invite folks to stop by the Y any time for a visit or if that’s not convenient you can call us anytime at 907-420-0655” she said.
