1 lb. halibut cut into small cubes
Saute halibut in 1 Tbsp butter, sprinkle with 1 tsp garlic powder until flake with fork / light brown
Combine together with:
1 cup chopped jalapenos
Eight ounce package cream cheese
1 cup mayo
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
Warm in oven, crock pot or fondue pot until cheese is fully melted and mixture is creamy.
Serve with crackers, our toasted sourdough baguettes
