1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup apple juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger root
1 Tbsp minced, fresh parsley
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Combine well. Pour over fresh salmon filets & cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Pour off excess and grill or broil.
Enough marinade for a nice Kenai River sockeye or silver salmon
