I had nothing but trouble trying to vote on this subject. There was no circle to mark, and all of a sudden, the page said my vote was recorded? Have no idea what my vote went in as.
I get alot of physical activity everyday. I would fall in the 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of high-intensity activity. All day, everyday, from about 6:30 am I am up and doing necessary chores and taking care of my child, daily activities that make a persons life successful. I also walk to work and this takes 45 minutes one way, one and a half hours both ways. I ride bicycle to and from work sometimes or just for the exercise. I feel terrible if I lie around or sit around unless I've had a surgery that requires little to no movement for healing. None of this may be high intensity, and high intensity is unrealistic for real people. But, all in all, exercise is good for the mind, body, and soul.
I agree! You sound like your doing fantastic keep up the good work! I walk everyday with my dog, and then some. Like you said, it makes you feel so much better, inside and out! Happy Memorial Day! ;)
