I cannot believe that 21 people, one third of our legislators, need to go to DC on state funds to gather information that four or five could just as easily do. These could then bring back the information and share it with other legislators. This is nothing more than a boondoggle vacation for most attendees paid out of state money. What a shame, or should I say sham!
