Quinn Dowd, 6, is ready to fly as Batman before the start of Saturday’s Alaska Law Enforcement five-kilometer Torch Run for Special Olympics. The annual event is a fundraiser for Special Olympics of Alaska. Similar runs were held on the same day in communities across Alaska.
