Ann-Lillian Schell clothes a mannequin with an Inuit dress during preparations for this weekend’s Quilting On the Kenai fabric arts show at Cook Inlet Academy. Schell said trim on the dress is based on the trim from a calfskin parka from the 1930s. Fifteen examples of Schell’s work make up a special exhibit at the show this year.
