Add comment3500 voters is not a good SIGN
Not many people voted as it looks like 3500 locally did so.
Either this is a SIGN of Hopelessness or a SIGN of not caring.
Either way it's sad and shows problems in reguard to wanting any part in controling OUR Future on the Kenai.
I wonder if this is due to the SIGNS of Americas near future possibly before the Presidential election, but most definantly after the election pointing to Major Fiscal troubles Nation wide and even here in Remote Alaska as well, all ment to reduce jobs and commerce at every level, not promote them?
Allow me to make a prediction though about the upcoming Presidential election that will be OVER before we Alaskans even begin to vote ok? There will be a HUGE turnout of voters all voting with absolutely no control of the outcome, which is a TOTAL Oppisite of what they could have done Locally if they would have chose to do so.
Very Sad this NOT Voting when it matters compared to Voting when it DOES Not matter!
