Kenai man arrested for lewd act in school parking lot

A 37-year-old Kenai man was arrested Monday for indecent exposure on school property.

At 7:34 a.m., the Kenai Police Department received a report of a male, later identified as Adam Newcomb, who was allegedly committing a lewd act in a vehicle in the Kenai Middle School parking lot, police reported.

Newcomb was arrested and was charged with three counts of first-degree indecent exposure, a class C felony. The incident is still under investigation.

In April 2011, Newcomb pleaded guilty to second-degree indecent exposure, according to court records.
