More than 150 teachers, staff and supporters demonstrated before the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District Board of Education meeting Monday in Soldotna. The last agreement between the unions and the school district expired June 30 and the two sides have entered non-binding arbitration and are waiting for a decision from that meeting.
