The Rasmuson Foundation has opened the application process for its annual Individual Artist Awards grant program with more substantial awards this year. The foundation has increased the amount of money to be awarded to Alaska-based artists for the first time since the program’s inception in 2004. Individual Artist awards are designed to support Alaska artists in 10 artistic disciplines at various stages of their career and creative development, and are available in three categories.
