The Kenai National Wildlife Refuge will host a wild flower fun day at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Environmental Education Center on Ski Hill Road in Soldotna. Guided flower identification walks will occur on the hour. For more information, call Michelle at 260-2839.

The Sterling Senior Center will host a Flea Market at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays this summer. Vendors may purchase a table and space for $10. New and used things can be sold at the Flea Market. For more information, call 907-262-6808.

Members of the Moosehorn Amateur Radio Club will hold a field day at 10 a.m. June 22 at Skyview High School. Using only emergency power supplies, local ham radio operators will set up an emergency station. The public will have a chance to meet and talk with local ham radio operators and learn about Amateur Radio Service.
