After a January fire destroyed owner Molly Poland’s restaurant, she has reopened the Pour House within Hooligans Lodge and Saloon. The owner and her staff were able to salvage some materials from the restaurant’s prior location across the Sterling Highway. Poland opened the Pour House on Sept. 12. “My crew is incredible,” Poland said. “If it wasn’t for them, this never would have happened.” The restaurant is separated from the bar and features a big screen TVs, surround sound and theater seating. Poland has hired additional staff to prepare and serve menu options including gourmet flat bread pizzas and four different sliders. The Pour House will be open at 7 a.m. for breakfast on the weekends and from noon – 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
