According to updates provided by HEA spokesman Joe Gallagher, outages have been reported in Anchor Point, Nikiski, the Kalifornsky Beach-Poppywood Lane area, as well as Baycrest Hill and Bay Avenue in Homer. Outages also have been reported in the Mackey lake and Robinson Loop areas, and parts of Kenai.
To report an outage, call HEA at 1-800-8OUTAGE (1-800-868-8243).

The National Weather Service is calling for continued high winds across the western Kenai Peninsula, with gusts reaching 40-60 mph, through this afternoon before diminishing this evening. Winds will be strongest along Cook Inlet.
