Monday 1:00 p.m.

The House Judiciary Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss SB 64 Omnibus Crime / Corrections / Recidivism Bill and HB 250 Medical Malpractice Actions. Testimony by invitation only.

The House Labor & Commerce Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 230 AIDEA Bonds for Processing Facilities, HB 316 Workers’ Compensation Medical Fees and HB 60 Uniform Real Property Transfers on Death. Testimony will be taken.

The Senate Labor & Commerce Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 211 Employment of Persons With Disabilities and HB 269 Immunity for Volunteer Health Care Provider. Testimony will be taken.

The House Health & Social Services Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 374 Statewide Immunization Program, HB 376 Extend Alaska Health Care Commission, HB 360 Regulation of Smoking and HCR 21 Child Abuse Prevention Month. Testimony will be taken.
