Friday 8:00 a.m.

The House Education Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HCR 2 Alaska School Choice Week and HB 30 Constitutional History Curriculum. Testimony will be taken – 3 minute limit.

Friday 1:00 p.m.

The House Judiciary Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 83 Judicial Council: Civil Litigation Information, HB 79 Marijuana Regulation;Controlled Substance; Crimes; Defenses and for a Presentation: “National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome – Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) & the Equivalence of Intellectual / Developmental Disability” by William Edwards. Testimony will be taken.

Monday 1:00 p.m.

The House Judiciary Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 79 Marijuana Regulation;Controlled Substance; Crimes; Defenses. Testimony will be taken.

Tuesday 8:00 a.m.

The House Community & Regional Affairs Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 47 PERS Contributions By Municipalities. Testimony will be taken.

Tuesday 9:00 a.m.

The Senate State Affairs Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss SB 6 Eliminate Daylight Saving Time, SJR 2 Constitutional Amendment: G.O. Bonds For Student Loans and “Continuing Discussion of the Implementation of Ballot Measure No. 2 (13PSUM) – An Act to Tax and Regulate the Production, Sale and Use of Marijuana”. Testimony will be taken.

Wednesday 1:00 p.m.

The House Judiciary Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 79 Marijuana Regulation; Controlled Substance; Crimes; Defenses and HB 5 Conservator of Protected Persons. Testimony will be taken.

Wednesday 3:15 p.m.

The House Labor & Commerce Committee will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 81 Exemption: Licensing of Contractors and HB 9 Private Investigators / Agencies. Testimony will be taken.

Thursday 10:00 a.m.

The House Special Committee on Fisheries will sponsor a public hearing to discuss HB 41 Sport Fishing Services.
