Time to cast your vote

There’s a big question on Tuesday’s general election ballot: who will be the next President of the United States?

The answer to that question is Mitt Romney.

The most important task for our next president will be to improve our failing economy. Romney is better suited to do that than Obama. Once the economy is back on track everything else will fall into place. Printing more money IS NOT the solution. Our country needs a president that understands the challenges facing our economy and has reasonable solutions to fix the problems.

Romney can do that.

Whether or not you agree, your vote Tuesday is important. In addition to the president, Peninsula voters will be casting ballots for the U.S. House of Representative as well as members of the Alaska Legislature. Also on the ballot, $453 million in transportation project bonds, a measure to convene a state constitutional convention, and a slate of judges up for retention.

Polls are open Tuesday, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please vote.
