Letter to the editor: Thanks to Builders Association supporters

On behalf of the Kenai Peninsula Builders Association (KPBA) Board of Directors, we’d like to offer a heartfelt thank you to those member companies and individuals who generously supported our efforts to assist our community through the KPBA Christmas Project. Additional thanks to our committee ‐ Sarah Hough (Stewart Title of the Kenai Peninsula), Heather Morning (Cornerstone Custom Homes and Designs), and Janell Clinton, (Spenard Builders Supply), who did a wonderful job organizing and promoting our project and soliciting donations. Proceeds from our silent auction, held at the Annual KPBA Awards Banquet, as well as other donations, were used to support and assist Project Homeless Connect, the Bear Hugs Program, Alaska’s Extended Life Animal Sanctuary, as well as allowed us to participate in the Salvation Army “Adopt a Family” Program. We are pleased to have raised in excess of $5,000, and are very proud to be a part of such a generous and caring community. A sincere thank you to those who attended our banquet, kindly bidding on items and supporting our fundraising efforts. Additional thanks to the following business and individuals who provided auction items or made financial contributions: Sterling Custom Homes * The Home Depot * Stewart Title of the Kenai Peninsula * TDS Construction * Jack White Real Estate * Best Transit Mix * Jeff and Stacy Warton * Home Gallery * Cornerstone Custom Homes and Designs * Febra Hensley, Jack White Real Estate * Cheré Avigo, M&J Plumbing & Heating * Janell Clinton * Springer Real Estate Group * Spenard Builders Supply * KPBA Wine Tasting Event Committee * Randall Nelson, Blazy Construction * Bridgette Attleson * Melissa Duffy, Alaska 1st Realty * Kaye Reed, Kenai River Coffee Company * Fireweed Fence / ATEC * Jim Clinton * Sarah Clinton * Altman Rogers & Co * Michelle Baldwin * Alaska USA Mortgage *Joan Bauer * Lisa and John Pugh * Abbie Hall, Anew Salon * Gary and Melanie Meacham * Anderson Custom Builders * Kelly Griebel, Century 21 Freedom Realty * Homer Electric Association *
