Alaskans capable of taking care of Alaska

Posted: December 1, 2011 - 9:32am

After watching the dialogue between our Congressman Don Young and Professor Brinkley from Texas, it becomes clear on what others think about Alaskans.

We are just backward folk who need the direction from those smart people from the Lower 48.

Why is it that Professor Brinkley, from Texas, a State where the people control 98% of their land should have a say about how Alaskans should control our land?

Texans control 98% of their land while Alaskans control only 30% of our land. Why does Texas have 2% of their land controlled by federal occupation forces and Alaska has 70% of our land controled by federal forces of occupation?

Must be we are not smart enough to keep our land safe. Texans are much smarter and they have control of their land. Only the federal government can keep the land safe from us simpletons in Alaska.

Look to history on how Alaskans foolishly exploited our resources. We are not smart enough to control our own land.

In 1976, the people through their State Legislature passed a law mandating double-hulled tankers in Alaskans waters. While the federal government ignored this standard the oil companies took Alaska to Court and had Alaskans lose control of protecting our waters.

Now 40 years later the federal government is mandating what Alaskans wanted in 1976.

Alaskans are smart enough to control our land as Texans do. When will we demand equal status as a State and drive the federal occupation forces out of our land?

Time to Secede

It's time to Alaska to secede from the union and govern themselves. Then we can kick out the tree huggers and open ANWR. Drill baby!!!

Do not the Native Alaskan Tribes own/control a great deal of this state? Not just the so called Federal Occupation Forces. That term kind of makes me laugh. These Federal Occupation Forces keeps my butt FREE.Which they do throughout the nation.Thank them.Don't condemn them.Doing so .Shows a great deal of disrespect to your protectors

As a Texan that lived in

As a Texan that lived in Alaska in the 60's as a kid & moved back in 77 i'll say this, i came back because there is noooooooooooo place like Alaska.
I came back because i wanted to get some of the money Texas loaned the Gov. to buy Alaska from the Russians, Russians which now claim they got rooked.

As we see the whole world being ushered into a One World Order & America's crash any day now.
The planned crash which will allow the OBAMANATION OF DESOLATION to declare Martial Law, when the Arab Occupy Wall Street Spring brings forth a Civil War or Revolution in America.

Yes, we as Alaskans are Blessed to live here, when the civil war starts in the lower 48, we ALASKANS will be able to survive the mass carnage that Obama & his OWO/OWS pals all seek.
Why will we be able to survive?
Because we pack Guns & Bibles, & know how to use each, we have stocked away supplies for hard times all of which the OBAMANATION OF DESOLATION hates.

Get ready hard times are coming real soon & the old hope in Jesus/Yeshua is all that will help us against Obama's new hope & change to believe in Government Dream.

Obamanation?

Yep! This whole mess started just 3 years ago.Believing this.I have a real nice frog farm(wet lands) for sale.Christian turn the other cheek. Some have a different interpretation.Kill them all,and pass me more ammunition. Can not have it both ways. So! I think that this is a very confusing situation. We have been praying for 2000 years, and it just gets worse.Go figure.Either there is an entity that will really answer prayer, and make things right,or there isn't.There seems that no prayers have been answered in quite a long time if ever.Praying to empty air is all that is being practiced.Remember! Patriotism is the last refuge.

To Raoulduke: Do you actually LIVE in Alaska? From your ridiculous comments, both past and present, my only conclusion is that you are banging our opinions from a Greenhouse in California...all the while still trying to wash off your soiled "Hope and Change Bumper Sticker" that is tarnished with Bug Guts, Storm Damage and Brown Road Stains.

Might I suggest you put down your monthly pamphlet of "Stupid and Green in America" and pick up any local newspaper to find out what is REALLY happening in our United States today.

You see, you have it Backwards (like most liberals), we the people are suppose to be in charge of our Government and Armed Forces (Yes, I believe I read that somewhere?)

Read....Think.....Learn.....Revive and Thrive!

Justamom

I do not like your name. Mothers should never be called Justamom. You set the tone for the future.

Seccession was tried once. It failed. Soon Alaska will be thrust into independence because of the economics of the globe.

Several of the Russian States were thrust into Independence when they had their economic collapse.

You are correct. Here is one fact sheet about native land ownership.

http://dnr.alaska.gov/mlw/factsht/land_own.pdf

It can be disputed with other facts sheets, however,

Here is a short list of those federal occupation forces-National Park service, fish and wild life, forest service and Bureau of land management. How exactly do they keep us free?

Our freedoms are based on the people will of self governance. These government agencies-federal occupation forces, enslave us.

Your thought are identical to the masters of the south during slavery. Thank you masser for protecting us simpleton slaves in Alaska.

Mojo66,

That is my point. Alaskans, as a free people, can be self governance and protect our own land as Texas does.

Your point could be used concerning the Louisiana purchase. (Iowa Land occupation) It still raises the question on why Iowa controls 99.2% of their land and Alaska controls 30%. see-

Breaking the Bank

It's all the pensions of all the employees of these mass Government Agencies that is breaking the bank. It's not that they weren't good faithful public employees, it's just the pensions greatly out weigh any contribution they make towards society. What does the Dept of Energy contribute that makes it worthy of full pensions for it's 16,000 plus Federal employees who have worked there for 34 years! To equate the pensions these folks receive on average if they live 17 years after retirement equals $1,000,000. each. Do the math, that is $16 Billion dollars a year for 17 years or $270,000,000,000. that is completely unfunded! Heck we can just print more! Yes that will work, we can just turn on the old presses and print more! Save your money,'Hard times are coming."

It is our love for money that has destroyed the financial system. The Banks understood it and created derivatives at the tune of hundreds of trillions of dollars.

Saving your money will not help you in the future. Your ability to be a productive person will.

Our nation has forgotten true wealth- the productive power of the people. We think it is money.

As Alaskans can we come together for the future?

Self Governance?

The elected State representatives made it all so easy to give the oil,and gas corporations the state resources. They were paid off.and then the politicians gave a favorable vote for the corporations. Now are these the honest representatives that you thought .You would get?But you keep voting these thieves into office.Get rid of the professional politicians. They should have term limits-to get rid of the good ol boy programs.Alaskans on the whole do not go their own way. They are reluctant for progressive thought,or action in the political realm.Which is to bad for the Alaskan. They do not realize they have been ripped off by these folks. They keep re-electing.they still continue to complain, but only have themselves to blame. This is due too the lack of progressiveness. This is not all the Feds doing.

Raoulduke

Raoulduke,
The problem is not that we continue to vote for the incumbent but do not run ourselves or become informed on the issues.
I ran in 2010. People supported me privately but did not come out in public support. The incumbents have the quiet support of the media and a new comer cannot break through on the issues.
I would encourage you to run for State House. Take the risk and attempt to talk about the issues.
The primary issue is about corporate control of government. Being progression has nothing to do with it. It is about freedom and liberty.

breaking bank

Yep! It is the retirees that is breaking the bank. How about our elected officials in Washington.they are the only ones that I can recall That makes 100% of their salaries in retirement for serving in office for 1 year.Plus free medical, secret service protection for the whole family. Why do these folks rate so much?Regular folks are lucky to end up with 35% of their pre-retirement income. They make the laws to suit them. That is why.

Are there any of you folks

Are there any of you folks out there that realize that Obama is Kin to almost all past presidents?
Or the fact that Obama is 50% White, 43% Bedouin Arab & 7% African.

Obama's cousin Dick Cheney's wife Lynne Cheney wrote a book called "Blue Skies, No Fences" this book came out in 2008 just before the Prez. election.

The book showed that Obama is kin to the Bush family, Clintons, Carter, Ford and on, and on, it goes with Lincoln & Robert E. Lee, even to Washington.

ALL of Englands Royal line is kin to the Bush family, even Spains Queen Isabella & King Ferdanand, even our own Sarah Palin is supposed to be kin.
Remember when she was the First woman ever invited to the Robert E. Lee convintion/banquet after the election?

They are all cousins from a Samuel Hinckley of Cape Cod that died in 1662.
Remember the Hinckley that shoot Reagan?
Cousin Bush SR was sitting with his, Hinckleys dad waiting for the Good News, But, alas, the boy could not GET-R-DONE.

This info use to be found on the New England Historic Geneological Socities web site.
Obama probably blocked this site though.

Out come, no matter which side/party one votes, one gets their Family Dream of a One World Order, & things are almost never as they appear when dealing with this Worlds OWO Dream.

Funny how a person can find out many things from this tool called a computer, that is if they would only chose to do so.

As for people that chose NOT to believe in God, i'll give this bit of info.
God does not believe in atheists, so they are without excuse, as he has revealed Himself to all of Creation.

You said: "Funny how a person can find out many things from this tool called a computer, that is if they would only chose to do so."

So I used this tool called a computer and found:

-Aliens regularly breed with earthlings. I wonder if this means George Bush and Dick Cheney are related to the man on the moon?
http://www.67notout.com/2010/10/ufo-and-alien-sexual-encounters.html

-Elvis is in fact still alive and working as a DEA Agent (I knew that one!
http://www.elvis-is-alive.com/

-Jesus was actually a Pisces ... not a Capricorn.
http://thezodiac.com/weird/jesuscapricorn.htm

-As it turns out, Jesus was an atheist fan! I guess it was because they presented a bit of a challenge for him.
http://www.shenvi.org/Essays/JesusForAtheists.htm

-The end of the world was May 21, 2011 (Thankfully I must have been out of town that day).
http://newsfeed.time.com/2011/01/03/judgment-day-will-may-21-2011-be-the-end-of-the-world/

-As for the coming doom and the "Obamanation of Desolation," thanks to you I was able to find "heaven insurance" That's right! I can RESERVE a place in heaven and for a few extra bucks I can buy the travel kit as well ... AND GUESS WHAT??? It has a 100% money back guarantee ... just incase I'm turned away at the pearly gates. I'm no fool! How can I turn back a 100% money back guarantee?
http://reserveaspotinheaven.com/

You're right Jerry! You can learn a ton of BS through the internet. What a tool! And the computer is pretty useful too!

k_k your going to the wrong

k_k your going to the wrong sites it appears.

About the aliens breeding with humans thats mentioned in Genesis 6:4.
Elvis is actually catfishing in Tennessee & works for no one.
I love deep fried catfish, don't you?

I do know that Jesus is a Libra, born on the Feast of Sukkot known as Tabernackles in Sept. Oct., not the winter soltice in late Dec. which a Roman Emperior appointed to worship sun gods for all the pagans.

And for the End of the World, its coming right on Gods time clock, which is probably right after Yeshua's 1000yr reign mentioned several places in the Bible.
But, try 2 Peter 3:3-9 for starters, which also shows that Yeshua has been gone 2 days according to Gods time clock, not mans.

Good luck with all these beliefs of whats real or false & the coming End of Days & please be careful about those web site.

End of Days, they will start as soon as the OWO's leader confirms an already existing treaty(Oslo Treaty) with the remaining muslims & Israel for that well known 7 yr period known as the Tribulation.

Its like that falshood of 2012 of people saying that the Mayans say the world will end, not so, they are saying that a New Era, or dispensation of time will start, like the 7000th yr maybe.

Not just the Mayans, but actually 89+ other societies are saying the same thing including Our American Indians.
This new Era involves the return of the ancient gods to earth on 12-21-12.

Could these gods be what Revelation 12:12 also says?

At any rate thanks for the sites which i don't need to check out since you have already shown they are useless.

Have a GR8 evening & good luck with your future studies & hopefully you'll see that we don't know anything about what we don't know, & everythings gonna be alright, for some.

Why would the supreme being believe in anything less than itself? How does a finite being know what the supreme being is thinking?Does anyone remember that almost ALL talk show preachers said that 2000 was the end of the world. Then all recanted.Stating they misunderstood the bible's reference.Go figure.
