Contribution helps Seward CAP

The Seward Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol would like to thank the Holland America Line’s Seward Community Advisory Board for their recent grant of $2,000 to our organization. We will be using the money to purchase a new “Smart Board” for our Operations/Training room we are building. This facility, located at the Seward airport, will not only be an asset to the Civil Air Patrol for search and rescue operations, but will also be available to intergrate with other emergency response agencies and organizations. With the addition of this piece of equipment, the Seward Squadron CAP will have a much enhanced operations center from which to serve the Eastern Kenai Peninsula.
