I am becoming quite curious about who would possibly want to vote into our highest government office, a candidate who spends more to buy himself or herself the seat, than they stand to get in wages for the length ot their term. If they have that much money, why not campaign to serve at no pay, and donate the normal pay for that office during their term to fund some of the education, housing, job-creating, etc. projects the government seems to lack the financial means to cover? I'll bet they would receive the majority of the votes! Makes it sound as though we now have to accept only those who can buy their way in, to govern us. Just does not seem right.

The corporations have been determined by the republican appointees of the Supreme Court to be people.Which allows them to give as much money necessary to win.It is the special interest who ALWAYS wins out. This buying the office is just the Corporations way of keeping the status quo.
nascar
We should make it manadatory that the elected official wear a uniform silmilar to nascar drivers depicting every logo of each company that makes huge contributions.
