SoHi prom dazzles

After attending the "promenade" and the "after the prom event" at Soldotna High School I cannot help but compliment everyone that was involved in that great event. I always hear comments about how our young people are always getting into trouble, disrespectful, boisterous etc. I must say, I did not see any of this during the promenade or the "after prom event." There must have been 150 young men and women at the function and they were amazing! They were having fun, respectful of their peers and the adults, and overall just having fun. It lasted till 2:00 a.m. and I'm sure the students would have stayed longer except the adults were too tired. Some of the kids even stayed after and helped clean up. I must say, I was very impressed and all these kids deserve some compliments. Way to go SoHi!
