Gov. Parnell wants the federal government to bail out the upper Cook Inlet fishery. Last time I checked the Republican Party was against bailouts. Remember TARP, Stimulus, and the Detroit-auto-bailout? Shame on you Gov. Parnell in suggesting the federal government solve our problems with bailouts. He calls it “disaster relief,” but we all know its a bailout. We must stand firm on our convictions as Republicans even if the mess is in our own backyard.
