Soldotna seniors celebrate Fall Round-Up

Soldotna Senior Center’s Fall Round-Up fundraiser was a great success and would like to thank all of the dedicated volunteers that worked tirelessly soliciting door prizes and auction items, decorating the Center, making new dinner place mats and napkins, table setting, cooking, serving, ticket sales, auctioneers, pictures, fabulous musicians and cleanup. A huge thank you to the Spur Highway Spanker’s Band for their extraordinary music and talent and for the many years they have volunteered for this event. We would like to thank Mayor Peter Micciche for being our auctioneer and his family assisting in the auction. A very special thank you to Mary Lane and Estelle Parks for soliciting and receiving the numerous door prizes and auction items. Another great thank Alaska Railroad for their very generous donation of the round trip tickets for two to Denali, AK.
