Volunteer a name for a volunteer award

First Lady of Alaska

Dear Alaskans,

Wherever I travel in Alaska, I meet volunteers with big hearts and helping hands. I know you see their positive impact in your community. Please take time to nominate an outstanding volunteer for the First Lady’s Volunteer of the Year Awards. Nominations are due by March 1, 2013. Details and a link to the nomination form are available at gov.alaska.gov.

Volunteers 2/7/2013

I would like to nominate the Men & Women of Our Military.

They are a bright example of "SERVICE BEFORE SELF"

10 years of Combat & War, Combat Deployment after Combat Deployment, Constant separtion from their Family & Loved Ones. No other Generation has endured War longer than Our Warriors of today.

May ALL of OUR TROOPS COME HOME ALIVE & WELL & SOON, VERY SOON !

May GOD BE WITH THEM & KEEP THEM SAFE !
