Posted: June 27, 2013 - 1:28pm  |  Updated: June 28, 2013 - 9:18am

Praise and thanks to the volunteer coaches (including Bobby, Stu, Russ, Dave and more) of our local youth clay target shooting club (SCTP) and the many generous donors in our community that have assisted the kids learning to shoot and then compete around the state. Last weekend these coaches and funds assisted 12 kids compete in trap, skeet and sporting clays at Grouse Ridge in Wasilla with 9 other teams from around the state. Snowshoe gun club’s team brought home plenty of medals in all disciplines. The young athletes made us proud! Thank you coaches, sponsors and athletes!
